From your home screen, go to Settings > My Fire TV > Developer Options and turn on Apps from Unknown Sources.

Use the heart icon to favourite channels, and enable Parental Control PIN to lock adult categories if required.

Adjust Buffer & Player Engine
In Settings, switch the player engine to Native / Auto and set the buffer to 3 seconds for the best balance of speed and stability.

Enter Your veiptv Credentials

Find the MAC Address printed on the bottom sticker of your MAG box, or in Settings > Network Info.

Email your MAC to our team so we can register your device on the veiptv portal before first boot.

In MAG menu go to Settings > System Settings > Servers > Portals.

Quick Fixes
Channels Won't Load
Re-check your Username, Password, and Portal URL for typos. Confirm your subscription is active by logging into your dashboard. If using a MAC-based player, ensure your MAC is registered.
Playback Stutters
Enable Hardware Decoding in the player. Lower the buffer to 2-3 seconds. Use a wired Ethernet connection where possible and close background apps.
EPG Not Showing
Assign the correct EPG URL in your playlist settings and force a refresh. Some players require a full restart to rebuild the guide cache the first time.
Wrong Channel Order
Use the Groups / Categories tab in your player to filter by region or genre. Create a custom Favourites list for the channels you actually watch.
Black Screen on 4K
Your HDMI cable or TV port may not support 4K HDR. Try a different HDMI 2.0+ port and a certified high-speed cable, and disable HDR in the player settings.
Works on One Device Only
Each veiptv plan is limited to a fixed number of simultaneous connections. Log out unused devices, or upgrade your plan for more concurrent streams.

For most users, IPTV Smarters Pro offers the best balance of stability, EPG coverage, and ease of setup. Power users prefer Tivimate for its advanced features and recording. HotPlayer is excellent for lower-spec devices and quick zapping.
Do I need a VPN with veiptv?
A VPN is not required, but many customers use one for extra privacy. veiptv works on any connection — a VPN may help if your ISP throttles streaming traffic during peak hours.
How many devices can I stream on at once?
Connection limits depend on your chosen plan. The 1-month and 3-month plans typically allow one connection, while longer plans may allow multiple. Check your welcome email for the exact number.
Why do some channels show "Stream Offline"?
Occasional channel outages are normal — even premium broadcasters experience them. Our team monitors all streams 24/7 and restores outages rapidly. If a channel is down for more than an hour, contact support.
Can I record live TV with veiptv?
Yes, if your IPTV player supports recording. Tivimate Premium and IPTV Smarters Pro both offer recording to internal storage. Attach a USB drive for larger recordings on Firestick or Android TV.
How fast is activation after purchase?
Activation is instant to 15 minutes for most orders. You'll receive your Username, Password, and Portal URL by email. During high-demand hours activation may take up to 30 minutes — contact support if it exceeds this.
What internet speed do I need for 4K?
For smooth 4K streaming we recommend at least 25 Mbps. Full HD runs comfortably on 10 Mbps. A wired Ethernet connection is always preferred over Wi-Fi for the most stable playback.
Can I use veiptv on more than one household?
Your subscription is tied to your account, not a physical location. You can log in on any device anywhere in the world — but simultaneous connections across separate households count against your plan's stream limit.
